Bio

Franchesca L. Alford is a woman of FAITH on a mission to encourage others to learn to follow God, through praise and worship and applying His Word. She currently serves at REVIVE CHURCH in Dayton, Ohio. She is a member of the praise and worship team and involved in supporting other ministries at REVIVE CHURCH. Franchesca is a Third Culture Kid and graduate of General H.H. Arnold High School, Wiesbaden Germany. There, she toured and recorded with Sky Productions and the New Born Ministries International Gospel Choir as a lead vocalist and assistant choir director. Franchesca is a classically trained vocalist who studied Vocal Music Education and was a member of the Paul Laurence Dunbar Chorale at Wright State University, serving as a Student Choir Director. 

Franchesca is married to a wonderful man of God and they have three lovely children. Together, they work to serve the needs of their community. In their down time they enjoy spending time outdoors, exploring the historic landscapes of Cincinnati, watching Korean and period dramas, playing games, and having nerf battles with their  children. 

Franchesca graduated from Sinclair College, Dayton, OhiO. During her many years at WPAFB she served at Chapel 3 as the Teen Choir Director and was a worship presenter at women's conferences and events. 

Franchesca has attended and worked at the Gospel Music Workshop of America. She has received many awards and recognitions for her dedication and service to helping others.
