Meet Franchesca

Franchesca L. Alford has been coaching people through life's unplanned moments for over 30 years — long before she had a title for it. As a military brat, she learned early how to find footing in unfamiliar places. As a mother, a minister, a university administrator, and a small business advisor, she has sat across from people at every level of life and helped them find their way forward.

She is a certified professional life coach, keynote speaker, EBV mentor to veteran entrepreneurs, and the founder of Dream Sheet Ministries.

She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Franklin University and is completing her Master's in Student Affairs. She is also writing her first book.
